In het kader van de evolutie van het financieringsmechanisme is de zorgsector vandaag onderhevig aan zware druk en omwentelingen op het vlak van organisatie en het nuttig aanwenden van gegevens enerzijds en met het oog op een betere patiëntenzorg anderzijds.
De vraag naar het strategisch beleid van de instelling staat bovenaan op de agenda.
De invoering van de Minimale Ziekenhuis Gegevens (MZG) en de daarmee gepaard gaande integratie van MKG, MVG, MUG, etc... heeft haar weerslag op het dagelijkse zorgproces.
Tenslotte is er ook forfaitarisering van de zorg.
Het geheel van deze veranderingen noopt tot een grondige reflectie zowel over de organisatie als over de veranderende infrastructuren, maar meer nog over de strategieën die we hierbij hanteren.
